Solution to Stop DANDRUFF

Solution to Hair Thickness

What's your idea of "thick hair"?

A head full of lots and lots of individual hairs, or just heavy, coarse strands. Or both?

When most hair scientists talk about hair thickness, they mean thick strands or a large strand diameter.

But when regular folk talks about hair thickness, there's another thing they're referring to, too. The technical term is "hair density", or how many individual strands you have on your head. When we talk about thinning hair, this is usually what people mean; a change in the number of strands.

At least from a distance, high hair density or large strand diameter usually give the same impression - tons of volume. So it's not a surprise that the terms are used interchangeably.

Effective Ways To Get Thick Hair

Start from the root of the issue. The reason why most of us suffer from dull hair, thinning or hair fall is because of various factors - unhealthy diet and lifestyle, using excessive hair products and styling tools, lack of nourishment, negligence to meet your hair care needs, pollution, or even genetics. But like they say that there's nothing that some TLC can't fix, so that's exactly what you need to do to bring life back to your hair. And you can take help from a handful of natural ingredients that are known to promote hair growth. Take a look:

Keep your hair healthy and hydrated

Castor oil is a great natural remedy that can give your hair a gentle sheen. Try using it as a deep conditioning mask, massaging the castor oil into your hair and roots then covering it for 1 to 2 hours.

After that, you’ll want to shampoo and condition your hair. Slapping too much oil onto your locks can risk leaving your hair limp and greasy. And that, quite simply, is not the vibe for which you’re going.

Green recommends indulging a little bit. Massage your scalp and consider mixing up your DIY hair mask using bananas and grapeseed oil. You can then apply the mixture directly to your hair.

“The grapeseed oil provides fatty acids that make the hair thicker,” Green recommends. “Bananas provide plenty of B-vitamins and potassium. These protect the hair shaft and prevent split ends.”

Green also suggests that the combination stimulates blood flow in the scalp, protecting the hair shaft and contributing to longer, thicker, healthier hair.

Coconut oil, argan oil, and jojoba oil may also be effective hair oil treatments, according to Tran. Jojoba even mimics sebum, the naturally occurring oil that usually keeps hair healthy and prevents dryness and brittleness.

While coconut oil doesn’t have much evidence behind it on the hair growth front, it can provide a range of other benefits.

 EGGS

It's no secret that eggs are amazing for hair growth and nourishment. For ages, it has been commonly used in natural beauty remedies to meet hair care requirements. Eggs work wonders for the hair because it is loaded with proteins, minerals, and vitamin B-complex, particularly biotin, that are essential nutrients. They help prevent hair fall by stimulating hair growth and improving hair volume and texture. Both the yolk and egg white contribute to strengthening and conditioning the hair. So if you have been facing hair fall issues or thin and brittle hair, it's about time you included eggs in your beauty regime to take care of your hair the natural way.

You can make a hydrating hair mask by combining eggs with other ingredients like curd, bananas, and honey.
